I’m Vicki, founder of Second Mountain Bookkeeping.

After spending over 25 years running my family’s collision shop in Rochester NY, I know first-hand how overwhelming and time-consuming bookkeeping can be for business owners. I have worn every hat — from managing payroll and balancing the books to keeping the doors open and customers happy. Running a business is rewarding, but it’s also demanding, especially when cash flow feels like a constant uphill climb.

That experience inspired me to help other small business owners find clarity in their numbers without all the accounting jargon.  At Second Mountain Bookkeeping, my goal is simple – to meet you where you are — no judgement.  Just real help from someone who truly understands.
